Hey everyone.
Recently its come to my attention once again that I have recently had vulgar and abusive comments from some users since the start of 2024, this is not tolorated in any circumstances. To break it down I have being called all sorts recently from "moron" to "fake fan" to people accusing myself of doing stuff that I was in my right to do so as my job and in the end vulgar langauge like "fuck you" has being used towards me.
This is not acceptable in any circumstances. Not now, not ever. We use these discussions to form our opinions, our values and our respect with care. While many of us have share some disagreements of things and have come into debates which is absolutely fine, but disrespecting and abusing moderators and admins isn't welcome. Myself, Truedogemaster and Gonzalo.H are just doing what is required, we are human beings like everyone else is here and we can only take so much.
I have had to go to Gonzalo.H at least 5 times recently to request a ban on users. I have also given quite a few warnings out recently to users, which by total, its the most warnings I've given in a week since I took the job as a moderator.
I would like to ask users to please work with me, Gonzalo and TruedogeMaster on using the discussions with great care and to respect one another, if you seriously have any concerns, please do not hesistate to message us on our message walls, its what we are there for!
Secondly I would like to take my time to discuss with some of you regarding misleading and misguided information. I take respondabilty for the lack of sources when saying "this has said this and that has said that", I would like to apologise in advance recently of this, its extremely difficult these days to get sources from places from a year ago and even years ago, considering either that has being deleted or has being misreported, I would ask again you all work with me on this. it has become increasingly difficult to provide a source most of the time.
Thirdly, I have noticed a case of a incite of a Snyder/Anti-Snyder discussion, please refrain from doing this, You can talk about Snyder and Gunn in positive and negative ways if its constructive, but if its snarky and nasty and misleading comments about both, it will be deleted. The whole basis of Snyder and Gunn's verse debate is old, its unnecessary and it causes drama.
Again my only simple goal is, please be kind and respectful.

Hello all, I would like to annouce I have partnered with Truedogemaster on overseeing the discussion threads.
While this might be a controversial decision to many, It shouldn't stop me from doing my duty fairly, my job and duty is simple to keep the place clean of toxicity and make sure everyone feels welcomed among the discussions. Myself and Truedoge do not have authority to block people, but we do have authority to delete people's posts and lock them, We report to Gonzalo.
I would like to start off with some basic annoucements and actions and remind people of the guidelines we all expect from each and every single one of you, so we will be going through it. Expect changes.
1. Be kind - its simple, it costs £/$0.00 to be kind and civil to everyone. We expect everyone to be helpful and be civil with each other as much as possible.
2. No Snyder/Gunn Bias - This is something that needs addressing for years, Its not tolerated, it leads to unnecessary arguments. Its okay to discuss Snyder's work or Gunn's work in a civil manner, but threatening others, judging people what they believe is best and having a discussion war on who's better and that is not tolorated any further, this goes the same of Anti-Snyder/Snyder, through the last few years, there's being an astonishing increase in drama on the discussions and increase of bullying. because of the two visions. Any posts that leads to any of this will be LOCKED and DELETED. This has nothing to do with the past with myself and others, its something that shouldn't be tolerated in the first place. Any use of words like "your a snyderist" or Anti-Snyderist" etc in a mean manner, your comment will also be deleted. Its not fair, its unacceptable and its toxic, it needed addressing. Again anything like this will be locked and deleted.
3. No bullying or intimidation - Again, through the increase past through years, we've seen a load of users, including myself victimised by bullying and intimidating behavior. Any posts that do this will be deleted and you will be given a warning. Failure to abide by that warning will just lead to being banned.
Thats what I want to remind everyone here, this place should be free and fair, and thats why I am here, to do that duty, to help you all, you help me and Truedoge, We help you, Again, I am aware this decision is controversial, I get a lot of people dislike my views and opinions, but thats not why I am here anymore, If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. it will be a pleasure to take on a bigger role on a I franchise I love. I look forward to working with you all in the near future.
P.S.A 1 - If you post anything about "Shouldn't this wiki be change the wiki name to DCU", your post will also be deleted, a rename of the wiki has being discussed plenty of times and it will remain "DCEU" for the time being. A status update on a rename will be posted in the very future, should it come to it. You will be all informed.

It has been confirmed by Henry Cavill during an interview that Superman will be more joyful now. He also says he picked the Man of Steel suit for his Black Adam cameo due to nostalgia. Zack Snyder responds to the interview by releasing a video from Rebel Moon set to ask Henry Cavill to reflect on the Man of Steel flying scenes and says "I can't wait to work with you again" and Henry Cavill has responded to Zack Snyder's video by thanking him. Could this mean Zack Snyder is returning to DCEU and direct Man of Steel 2? If he is then get ready for more from the spectacular Snyderman.

Peacemaker premieres tomorrow on HBO Max, and DC has dropped an article giving us more info on all the characters, bald eagles included. I couldn't be more excited, and I hope you are too. Check it out and remember to give peace a f#cking chance!

James Gunn confirmed in an interview with Collider that once he wraps work on The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, he'll work on a DC television project. He didn't say much, so he could just mean another season of Peacemaker, but it's more likely something new, be it a long-form series, a miniseries, or even just a special like the Holiday Special. Any guesses as to what this could be? He's mentioned that he'd love to work with the Metal Men before, so it could be something with them. I wouldn't be surprised if he wants to tackle Superman, again based on past comments, so it could be a miniseries following up Man of Steel. Or maybe it's another TSS spinoff, who knows? I didn't really expect anything less from a James Gunn project, but it still makes me even more excited for one of my most hyped projects of the year! Happy New Year, everybody! To kick things off, DC's released our first uncut, super R-rated look at James Gunn's Peacemaker! I'm super hyped for this show, so I thought I'd share! Still looks hilarious, exciting, and, if the other trailers are to be believed, heartfelt. In other words, 2022's looking better (and a lot more peaceful) already!
HBO Max shared a new clip from James Gunn's Peacemaker, the spin-off series of The Suicide Squad. Looks pretty great, and on-brand for Gunn (I may be a little biased, seeing how he's my favorite director ever). Enjoy!

Matthew Vaughn, acclaimed director of Kingsman: The Secret Service, Kick-Ass, and one of my favorite films ever, X-Men: First Class, has said that he wants to direct a Man of Steel sequel with Henry Cavill. He says it would be fun and colorful, and knowing Vaughn, it'd be heavily stylized, with edgy humor, fast camera movements, and throwbacks to classic cinema, especially the Richard Donner Superman movies. Personally, I'd love to see this, and I think we absolutely could, at least after the Discovery merger.
What do you guys think? Will it ever happen, and is he a good fit?
