Behind the Scenes[]

  • In Time Out Shortlist Gotham and Metropolis, Gotham City University is exclusively referred to as Gotham State University presumably as a nod to its alternate name in media such as Batman: The Animated Series. The name of the university was assumedly changed during production of Suicide Squad, as an unused prop for the film refers to June Moone as having attended Gotham University while Gotham City University is mentioned in the film as having been attended by Harleen Quinzel. It is then named Gotham City University once more in Justice League and Zack Snyder's Justice League.
