The Council of Kings is an ancient meeting place located on the outskirts of Atlantis.
History[]
The Council of Kings' construction began in an unknown date after Atlantis sank and became divided. Orm and Nereus, along with their entourage, met in the Council of Kings as Orm attempted to gain the latter's support for invading the surface world. Both knew he must obtain support from at least four kingdoms to be granted the title of "Ocean Master" and supreme power. A hijacked submarine attacked as a false-flag operation to convince Nereus.[1]
